Who operates Editrelay

Your review work

The standard Editrelay workspace runs on your Mac. It stores projects, notes, selected page URLs and titles, relevant selected text and element context, screenshots you choose to save, and agent responses and review decisions.

The Chrome extension captures context when you ask it to. It does not read your general browsing history or record your browsing session. You can inspect or remove a screenshot before saving a note. There is no built-in image redaction tool, so check captures for sensitive content before sharing them.

Review content is sent to the workspace you connect. The standard workspace is local. If you use advanced setup to connect an HTTPS workspace elsewhere, that workspace receives what you save. When you share a review with an external coding agent, its service and data practices apply.

Trials, subscriptions, and payments

The Mac app sends a random installation identifier, authentication credentials, a device label, and requests needed to start a trial, confirm access, or manage activations to our billing service. Restoring a purchase sends the license key you enter. We keep subscription and order identifiers, access status, paid-through dates, and device and trial records to provide access and enforce the two-Mac allowance.

Licensing requests exclude feedback, screenshots, page URLs, project names, and repository paths. The Chrome extension receives an access summary from the Mac app; it does not receive your card details or contact the payment provider directly.

Lemon Squeezy provides hosted checkout and recurring billing. You enter your payment details there. Lemon Squeezy handles customer contact and billing information, payment processing, receipts, and its customer portal. Our app does not store your full payment-card details. Website and service providers

Cloudflare hosts this website and our billing and activation service. Hosting and payment providers process network information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect their services. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

This marketing website does not use advertising trackers or product analytics. Its interactive example uses fictional content and keeps your example notes only in the current page. Leaving or resetting the example clears that page state.

If you contact support, we receive the email address, message, and any files you choose to send through our email service. Include only the information needed to help with your request.

We do not sell your review content, use it for advertising, or use it to assess creditworthiness. We share information with service providers as needed to operate Editrelay, when you direct us to share it, or when required by law.

Storage and retention

Workspace files remain on your Mac until you remove them. Ending a subscription does not delete them. Your own backups and copies shared with other tools are separate.

The extension keeps connection credentials locally. Unsaved notes and failed-save requests stay in extension storage until saved or explicitly deleted. Uninstalling the extension removes those extension-local copies; it does not remove notes already saved to a workspace. Temporary setup requests expire after five minutes.

Our billing service removes expired checkout records after 30 days and webhook event digests after 90 days. Installation, trial, device, and subscription records currently have no automatic deletion schedule. Contact us to request access or deletion. We review requests and retain records where needed to meet legal obligations, prevent abuse, or resolve payment disputes. Payment providers and infrastructure backups have their own retention practices.

Your choices and requests

You choose what to capture and what to share with an agent. You can remove extension drafts, revoke connections, and export saved reviews. Subscription expiry preserves viewing and export access.

For access, correction, or deletion of information held by Pixel and Shelf LLC, email hello@pixelandshelf.com. We may verify that you control the purchase or installation before acting. Deleting records needed for an active subscription can affect access; we will explain that before completing the request. Rights and available exceptions depend on the law that applies to you.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. If a change materially affects how we use your information, we will provide notice through the app, website, or appropriate contact channel.
