What Editrelay provides

Editrelay helps you capture product feedback, share reviews with your coding agent, and assess returned changes. The subscription includes the Mac app and Chrome extension for one person on up to two Macs. It does not include a coding agent, AI usage, or automatic workspace syncing between Macs. Your agent’s own terms and charges apply.

Trial and monthly subscription

The trial lasts 14 days and requires no payment card. It does not become a paid subscription automatically. If you choose to subscribe, the price is $7 USD per month plus applicable tax disclosed at checkout. The subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Starting payment requires completing checkout from the app.

Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for payments and provides checkout, receipts, recurring billing, and the billing portal. Its checkout terms also apply to your purchase. Any future change to your recurring price will be communicated before it takes effect.

Cancellation and continued access

Cancel renewal through Manage billing in Editrelay’s Subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewals, and creation access continues through the end of your paid period.

When a trial or paid access ends, saved reviews remain available to view and export. Existing submitted reviews can still receive agent responses and your review decisions. Starting new projects, review rounds, captures, or notes requires active access. A refund, payment reversal, or revoked license may end creation access earlier, while preserving local saved work.

Refund requests

For a refund request or billing problem, email hello@pixelandshelf.com with your order number and purchase email address. We review requests and coordinate approved refunds through Lemon Squeezy. Cancelling renewal does not itself issue a refund. Nothing here limits any refund or other consumer rights provided by applicable law.

Your work and responsibilities

You retain your rights in the content you add to Editrelay. Only capture or share content you have permission to use. Check screenshots and selected content for private information before saving or sending them. Do not use Editrelay unlawfully, interfere with other users or services, distribute someone else’s license credentials, or bypass access controls.

Your local files and backups remain your responsibility. Review agent changes before accepting or using them; Editrelay organizes the collaboration and does not guarantee that your agent’s work is correct.

Connectivity, devices, and updates

The app needs internet access for trial registration, purchase verification, restoration, and periodic subscription checks. Previously verified access supports limited offline use; Subscription settings shows when you need to reconnect. A temporary payment or connectivity problem does not delete your saved reviews.

You may replace an activated Mac through the app’s device management. Keep your receipt and license key private. Supported platforms and current availability are listed on the download page.

We may update these terms as the product changes. We will publish the updated date and provide notice of material changes before they apply to existing subscriptions. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.
