A HAND WHEN YOU NEED IT

Let’s get you moving again.

For Editrelay setup, billing, or privacy help, contact Pixel and Shelf LLC at hello@pixelandshelf.com.

Getting started

See pricing, availability, and installation steps. Public downloads and subscriptions are not open yet.

For setup help, tell us your macOS version, Editrelay version, what you were trying to do, and the message you saw. Remove private project details from any screenshots you choose to send.

Paid, but the app hasn’t activated?

Return to Editrelay and open Subscription settings. Allow it to check your payment. If access is still missing, choose Restore purchase and use the license key from your Lemon Squeezy receipt. Check that your Mac is online.

If that does not resolve it, email us from your purchase email address and include your order number. Never email your password, card details, or full license key.

A new or replacement Mac

Install Editrelay, open Subscription settings, and choose Restore purchase. One subscription supports up to two Macs for one person. If both places are already in use, the app lets you remove a previous Mac before connecting the replacement.

Activation does not sync your saved reviews between Macs. Keep a separate backup of work you want to move or preserve.

Manage or cancel your subscription

In Editrelay, open Subscription settings and choose Manage billing. This opens Lemon Squeezy’s secure billing portal for payment details, invoices, and cancellation.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your access continues to the end of the paid period shown in the app. Saved reviews remain available to view and export after access ends.

Refunds and payment questions

Email hello@pixelandshelf.com with your order number and purchase email address. Lemon Squeezy processes payments and approved refunds. See the subscription terms for details.

Privacy, access, or deletion requests

Email hello@pixelandshelf.com. We may ask you to verify ownership before sharing or changing billing and activation records. You control review data stored on your Mac; a billing-data request does not remove your local projects or a copy already shared with your agent.

See our privacy policy for what Editrelay handles and where it goes.
